Note: Delivery time does not include processing time. We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Address changes after order placement may incur extra fees.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
OPTIONAL SHIPPING PROTECTION
Add peace of mind at checkout: Shipping Protection covers your order against loss, theft, or transit damage for just 1.5% of your cart total.
• If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, wait 5 business days before filing a claim allows time for carrier mis-scans.
• For damage claims, include photos of the packaging and product.
• Coverage does NOT apply to: incorrect addresses you provided, customs delays, carrier delays outside our control, or packages left in unsafe locations at your request.
• Benefit: Purchasing Shipping Protection waives all return shipping fees for eligible returns (see our Return & Exchange Policy for details).
File a claim by emailing jimmy@neaulab.com — we’ll respond within 24 hours and resolve most claims in 3–5 business days.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
• For orders to Canada, UK, Australia, EU, all duties/taxes are calculated at checkout. No extra fees on delivery.
